Because we sell intangible digital products (templates, downloads, and digital assets) that are deemed "used" immediately after purchase or download, we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are buying a digital product, not a physical good.
You lose the right to cancel the purchase once the download process has begun.
All sales are final.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
For clarity, we do not grant refund requests for the following reasons:
Change of Mind: You decided you no longer want the product after purchasing.
Incompatibility: You do not have the necessary software (e.g., Canva, Adobe, etc.) or correct device to use the product. It is your responsibility to check the product description for software requirements prior to purchase.
Lack of Expertise: You are unable to use the product due to a lack of knowledge regarding the required software or platforms.
Accidental Purchase: You purchased the wrong product or purchased the product by mistake.
4. EU & UK Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to digital content if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By purchasing and downloading any digital content from Digital Patrol, you explicitly agree that:
Performance of the contract begins immediately upon the availability of the download link.
You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal and right to a refund once the download has started.
5. Delivery of Goods
Our products are delivered instantly via digital download.
Upon payment confirmation, you will receive an email containing a download link.
If you created an account, you may also access your files through your user dashboard.
No physical items will be shipped to your address.
6. Technical Support & Defective Files
While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our files. If you experience a technical issue, we are happy to assist you.

The download link is broken or expired.
The file appears corrupted or is missing content.
You received the wrong file.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We take friendly fraud and unauthorized chargebacks seriously.
If you initiate a dispute or chargeback with your bank for a valid transaction, you will be permanently banned from purchasing from Digital Patrol in the future.
We will submit this policy, along with your transaction data and download logs (IP address and timestamp), as evidence to your bank that the digital product was delivered and the "No Refund" terms were accepted.
